For example, it was impossible to find any major businessperson who didn’t own a computer in his/her family. Yet that does not mean that it is easy to get your hands on a laptop due to its price tag and low specifications. At times you might feel compelled to skip browsing through websites, looking for files, and accessing documents but then at last someone else came up with a better idea than ours. That’s why getting started with software solutions is inevitable because even in today’s era there are lots of businesses that just sit idle without ever using software applications. There is no reason why they should wait either; after all, it would cost them lesser if they could invest in software applications. So, let me tell you how to connect my phone or laptop to a PC or MAC.
1. Connect USB Devices To A Computer Via USB On The Desktop Or Laptop
Nowadays most PCs include ports that support USB connections. Therefore connecting your smartphones via a USB port or any external device is quite easy. Most of these USB devices come with multiple outputs from different sources and hence it becomes difficult to figure out which is which. This is why connecting smartphones via USB comes in handy. With the help of software programs like Cd Rom we can access data from another device easily so there is no need to worry about confusion and double handling. In this case, plugging in two separate USB ports is not necessary because once they are connected we can go ahead with data transfer and data access anytime. But when we talk about laptops or desktop computers, it becomes more challenging. When installing Windows 7, you had to open Control Panel And navigate to Security, Internet Service Providers option so that I could select Wi-Fi networks (WANs). Afterward,, click on Manage Network Settings here I found WLAN Configuration Section for WiFi Network settings. Then select Add New and type a name for WPA2 Encryption Key and hit OK. Now choose Wireless Network Name (WNN) from the the dropdown menu and enter your username and password. Finally, click on apply. Once done, click on Finish.
2. Select Socket Type In Windows 10 | 11
Now we are going to use a specific method for selecting the right model of the connector; otherwise, we might wind up losing connectivity within moments. To do this simply run the Windows search box and type wlan configuration and hit Enter this way to make sure you don’t miss something. Check Connection Status tab and see whether the signal strength is good or low. If the connection speed is a decent check next and then try pressing the power button on your smartphone. Alternatively, press the power button quickly whenever your gadget gets turned off and turns it on again. This process may take a while depending upon the condition.
3. Switch Off Your Device
It is not advisable to switch off your Android phone immediately as its battery may still be capable of running your application and you may end up losing important files and program files. It is recommended to start this process at least 20 minutes before you will turn on the phone. This time period, however, varies according to your personal experience. Next, boot your android telephone into Power OFF mode and turn it back on. Then restart your cellphone to allow the operating system to initialize. If your cellular telephone loses connection while in Power ON Mode then reset it to factory settings.
4. Turn On Accessory Options
Now you will be asked to install a media player. You can download software from the google play store or purchase it from amazon. Once done insert the DVD into your cell phone, tap on play and install it. Now turn on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet options. Don’t forget to configure each one of these devices separately. Use keyboard shortcut keys to select volume and mouse shortcut buttons. Also, you can connect your thumb drive and camera using keyboard shortcuts. Press the home key and choose Power.
5. Install Google Drive App For Backup Files
Now open Microsoft office 2010, and create a new folder called backup. Here save all important photo and document folders. Make sure to add some space for extra storage. Now in the same folder create another folder named My Documents. Create another folder and save photos, music, audios. This will work like windows portable document manager. Later move files into the My Documents folder to restore quickly whenever needed. To set up user account go to app center. Here enable user account and sign in with your credentials.
6. Plug Cellphone Into An External Terminal Device
Connect a wired or wireless USB cable and USB adapter into your computer. Using keyboard commands you can connect your smartphone to a wired or wireless external terminal device like a printer, scanner etc.
7. Test If Your Smartphone Is Booting Up Safely
Now your phone is ready to operate smoothly. Go to Run > Command Prompt and write cmd CDT enter your code above and hit ok. Try opening apps and files from your phone and see whether everything looks fine or not. If anything doesn’t show up then try reinstalling your windows software and restart your phone. This should fix the problem immediately. If nothing seems to change go to File Explorer and search for your computer or laptop name. Right-click on the file and select copy then paste it into your clipboard. Again confirm with a right button. Move the copied file to My Documents folder. Your cellphone screen will appear in red text on a black background. Now restart your phone to activate the setting and finally go to recovery now your smart phone is ready to run.
8. Secure Your Data Within Storage Drives: Password, Pattern To Unlock Lock And More
If your gadget has got faulty or corrupt flash drive then first disconnect it to avoid any further damage. Connect a blank USB stick to your gadgets USB port and attach it to the side panel. Insert your Smartphone into this slot and connect your computer monitor to the HDMI port. Ensure the area that comes between the LCD and your display is free of obstruction. Once done close the HDMI port and turn on your phone from the top left corner of the screen or from bottom left corner and your machine will detect that your Smartphone is connected successfully. Remove the protective cap and remove it from the connectors. Now plug the damaged drive into your computer. Click on Search icon in the upper right hand corner, type WPS, and hit Enter. Select Advanced System Settings, scroll down until you find General, then choose Disable Automatically selected by default. Then go directly to the Auto Detect device on the list. Ensure the Flash Drive is marked as Never Enabled. Click on Set the Format Specification from the pop up window. This will prevent your smartphone from detecting certain formats of data. Wait about 5 mins or 1 hour.
9. Installed Software Programs Needed To Launch Apps From Mobile Devices
Now the only thing you need to do is install and launch the appropriate programs that come preinstalled on your smartphone. To do this go to the Settings And Apps tab and click on Add programs in the sidebar. Now locate the desired program and click on the Uninstall button if required. Complete the installation steps of the third party programs by choosing which ones to delete. Once done install and launch your favourite programmes and enjoy uninterrupted operations.
